We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration & Transformation Lead to drive the evolution of our enterprise systems and business processes. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines ERP expertise, systems integration, data, and business transformation.

Reporting into the IT team, you will work closely with business stakeholders across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, logistics, and reporting to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, scale operations, and support business growth. You will play a key role in shaping how critical business systems work together, leading initiatives from analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges, has deep ERP experience, and is equally comfortable stepping into unfamiliar systems, learning quickly, and driving results. You'll have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with leaders across the organization, and make a meaningful impact on how technology supports the business.

Some of what you’ll do:
Architecture and Integration
  • Help define and build the integration architecture connecting ERP, retail, e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, finance, and product management platforms using modern integration technologies, APIs, automation, and middleware solutions.
  • Build integrations to systems that offer no clean interface, using file-based, database-level, or API-wrapped approaches where that is what exists.
  • Reverse-engineer and document systems and data where documentation is thin and the original implementer is no longer involved.
  • Do a real share of the hands‑on configuration, mapping, and troubleshooting rather than passing all build work to partners and cut down point-to-point sprawl and recurring manual intervention.
Estate Strategy and Process
  • Contribute to the evolution of the application landscape, helping determine how technology capabilities can best support business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Assess current processes, integrations, customizations, workarounds, and control gaps, and bring options and trade-offs forward rather than a single preferred solution.
  • Redesign and standardize finance and operational processes with the teams that run them, across general ledger and financial reporting, AP and AR, procurement, inventory and warehousing, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, budgeting, and product and master data.
  • Leverage modern tools and technologies to improve discovery, analysis, documentation, and testing activities while maintaining a practical, business-focused approach.
Reporting and Data
  • Recommend and implement data integration approaches that support reporting, analytics, and decision-making across the business.
  • Build and maintain the pipelines behind the reporting layer, including orchestration, incremental loads, dependency management, failure alerting, and cost optimization.
  • Establish reporting standards, governance practices, security controls, and data definitions to ensure trusted and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Build reporting that spans systems, so a number covering the whole business does not depend on someone stitching exports together in Excel and run the checks that tie it back to source records.
Delivery and Controls
  • Lead day-to-day delivery through discovery, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization, including migrations where legacy systems are the source and the data has never been cleanly extracted.
  • Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors, and hold them to account.
  • Build financial controls, segregation of duties, auditability, and reconciliation requirements into solution designs across integrated business systems.
  • Set up the monitoring and support procedures for critical interfaces and hand finished work into a support model with a clear owner.
Some of what you’ll need:
  • Depth in ERP platforms and real range beyond them. At least four years’ hands‑on experience with a modern ERP platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, plus demonstrated delivery across other business systems. Deep experience in a single application without interest in broader business technology is not a fit, and neither is generalist breadth without genuine ERP depth.
  • A track record of picking up unfamiliar systems fast, including learning a system from its data and behaviour when documentation is thin and vendor support is limited.
  • Eight or more years in ERP, enterprise integration, or business transformation, with at least one full implementation from discovery through go-live and stabilization in a senior hands‑on capacity.
  • Hands‑on integration delivery across Azure integration technologies, Power Platform, APIs, middleware platforms, or comparable solutions.
  • Solid grasp of finance and supply chain processes in a multichannel business, including legal entities, currencies, financial dimensions, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Practical use of modern development, automation, and analysis tools, with good judgment about where they help and where they create additional work.
  • Comfort working within a direction set with IT leadership, and the judgment to know which decisions are yours and which to bring forward.
Assets
  • Apparel and fashion systems: experience with fashion ERP, PLM, merchandising, or product-development platforms.
  • Composable estates: experience working within best‑of‑breed environments and supporting ERP modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Sector and scale: fashion, apparel, luxury goods, retail, wholesale, or consumer products; international, multi‑entity, multicurrency operations; omnichannel inventory, fulfillment, and returns flows.
  • Power BI beyond report building: semantic model design, DAX, deployment pipelines, row‑level security, and performance tuning.
  • Microsoft and Azure ecosystem experience: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure integration services, data platforms, and related technologies.
  • Data and analytics: experience with data integration, cloud data platforms, data lakes, SQL-based transformation, and data governance or lineage solutions.
  • Also welcome: Azure DevOps, structured application lifecycle management practices, bilingual English and French, and relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications.
Why Join Us?
