The City of Vernon is seeking a highly analytical IS Business Analyst to support digital transformation and the ERP-HCM platform. You will translate business needs into technology outcomes, drive process optimization, and work with stakeholders across the organization to implement enterprise applications.

You will analyze workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, develop integrations, and ensure adherence to information services standards.

Formación

• Completion of a recognized post-secondary 2-year diploma program in computer science or related discipline.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL development, and reporting is required.
• Experience with ERP/HCM systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver digital transformation initiatives to modernize business processes and optimize organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and change management activities for new technologies.
• Create scripts and perform data analysis to support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Develop functional requirements and testing scenarios with multiple stakeholder groups.
