Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized post-secondary 2-year diploma in computer science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital transformation initiatives by modernizing business processes and improving service delivery.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and change management activities to support adoption of new technologies.
• Create scripts, perform data analysis, develop integrations, and support data exchange between enterprise applications and databases.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Act as escalated support for the ERP-HCM system, troubleshooting issues including workflow implementations and security.
• Respond to enterprise application emergencies and stay updated on current trends.
• Ensure systems perform to identified standards and assist with after-hours patches and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training and user support resources to ensure effective utilization of technology solutions.
• Document procedures and resolutions promptly and accurately.
• Work with stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements and testing scenarios.
