Job summary

Sixone is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist in Vancouver to own the execution of our core operational systems and workflows. You will manage ERP, supply chain, logistics, and inventory on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accuracy and reliability across the operations.

You will partner with production, logistics, and business development teams to keep plans on track, monitor lead times, and flag capacity constraints early while maintaining real-time product and feedstock records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related function.
• Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl or similar).
• Strong executor with the ability to document work and close loops.
• Organized and detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Based in Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Sixone's core operational systems and workflows.
• Manage ERP, supply chain, logistics, and inventory day-to-day.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute plans.
• Monitor shipments, lead times, and communicate delays.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records and feedstock data.
• Build reporting for real-time visibility into output and status.
• Collaborate across teams to keep workflows moving and aligned.
