Alteo is looking for an ERP Business Analyst for a permanent job based in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of SYSPRO ERP solutions including software installation, business process assessment and module configuration, form and report design, data conversion, end-user training, and project launch
• Further improvements or training for existing customers
• Data management using basic MS SQL Server skills

Profile:

• DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
• 2–5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support
• Experience in system integrations, data migration, and customizations
• Familiarity with project lifecycles (SDLC,Agile/Waterfall) (asset)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages: Java, ABAP, SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript (understanding and ability to write SQL code snippets)
• Database management: Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, Syspro, SAGE 300 + etc.
• Understanding of APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Logic Apps. (asset)
• Knowledge of Reporting & BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or ERP-native tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills to work with functional teams, clients, and end-users
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
• Willingness to learn continuously as ERP systems evolve
