Job description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Business Analyst - IT I to fill a 3-month contract located in Toronto. Please note this position is fully remote and has potential to be extended past 3-months.

As a Business Analyst - IT I, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Collaborating with sales user clients to support system improvement, requirements refinement and ongoing change management

• Coordinating system releases and implementations with Manulife IT

• Reporting to management on usage, adoption, and other key metrics

Qualifications required for Business Analyst - IT I include:

• 3 years experience in sales enablement technologies and 2-3 years progressive business experience

• Proven skills in Agile Management Framework (AMF), Project Management Framework (PMF), workflow design and SDLC

• Systems knowledge of Salesforce.com products, WalkMe, Seismic, Microsoft Azure/Power BI, Microsoft Office 365 an asset
