Job summary

Timber Mart in Toronto, ON seeks an ERP Analyst to analyze ERP customer requirements and enable AXESS INSITE services. The role focuses on integrating, training, implementing, and applying AXESS INSITE in line with customer needs, while respecting existing processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in ERP software management or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or computer science.
• Master's degree will be considered an asset.
• 2–5 years ERP software management or consulting experience (Sage, AccPac, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proficiency with SQL Server is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement AXESS INSITE business processes for customers.
• Analyze existing processes to optimize AXESS INSITE integration and rollout.
• Assess AXESS INSITE training needs and develop an effective training program.
• Plan frontline support resources aligned with customer inquiries and updates.
