Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Wellness Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety, focusing on ergonomic training and engagement with associates to reduce injuries and improve movement techniques. Key responsibilities include designing targeted interventions, delivering engaging ergonomic education, and partnering with operations to embed prevention into daily work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of workplace health & safety (WHS) related field experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in athletic therapy, human kinetics, physiotherapy, ergonomics, or kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic training to associates.
• Collaborate with operations to improve safety and injury metrics.
