Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small-to-mid size equipment projects concurrently with scheduling and deliverable coordination.
• Plan and analyze projects, establish parameters, and follow procedures for supply-only equipment.
• Handle project admin: order entry, POs, work orders, and record keeping.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Review ship dates against schedules and ensure compliance with ordering processes.
• Monitor forecasted cost at completion and track project expenses.
• Develop and update project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Support cash flow activities including progress billing and collections.
• Provide on-site support as needed; not responsible for field management or subcontractors.
