Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking Equipment Operators to join our Fort McMurray team for ongoing maintenance work at Suncor Baseplant. This local, long-term opportunity offers hands-on industrial experience and a path to stable employment.

You will operate loaders, telehandlers, or excavators, complete pre-use inspections, and work a 14/7 rotation (10 hours per day). Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, telehandlers, excavators).
• Ability to operate equipment with precision and spatial awareness.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Available for day and night shifts.
