Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled Operators for upcoming construction, maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects in the Fort McMurray region.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, civil, or oil sands environments.
• Ability to work safely around personnel and existing infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Valid operator certifications considered an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment in accordance with project requirements.
• Complete daily inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support excavation, grading, material movement, and site preparation activities.
• Work closely with crews, supervisors, and spotters.
• Follow all safety procedures and project requirements.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
