Tri-Core Projects Ltd. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our Manitoba team and work on project sites in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. The role requires operating heavy equipment in civil construction, with a focus on safety and effective communication with site crews.
Standard shifts run up to 10 hours per day, with potential travel to various project sites. Candidates should be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to pass a background check.

Our Telecom and Surface divisions are looking to hire experienced Equipment Operator(s) to work on project sites in various locations. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in telecommunications, surface infrastructure or heavy construction, and is eager to continue a long-term career within the construction industry. Standard of 10 hours/day between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (subject to change based on work schedule and season)
