What We're Looking For:

1. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
2. Experience in:

• Digging ditches or trenches, backfilling, and compacting/leveling earth.
• Misting the working area to control dust.

Strong safety mindset: Safety is our priority.

Certifications (Assets, but not required): First Aid, H2S.

Flagger experience (an asset).
