Job summary

University Health Network is hiring an Epic Application Analyst – Patient Flow at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto. You will support Epic HIS workflows, collaborate with Digital and clinical stakeholders, and help optimize patient flow applications such as HIM, Cadence, Prelude, MyChart or Grand Central.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and current Epic certification, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Current Epic certification required (HIM, Cadence, Prelude, MyChart or Grand Central preferred).
• Experience supporting or implementing Epic applications in healthcare preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT application support for Epic Patient Flow and related workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic applications, workflows and functionality.
• Test new releases, upgrades, fixes and enhancements.
• Participate in roadmap planning for application upgrades with users and vendors.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on supported applications.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with Digital teams to ensure high service levels.
