Job summary

Baz Excavating Ltd. in Ontario is seeking a reliable labourer to assist with residential excavation and septic system installations. You will support crews with trenching, grading, pipe installation, and backfilling, and operate hand tools and small equipment safely on site.

This full‑time/part‑time/seasonal role offers competitive wages based on experience, training and advancement opportunities, a supportive team environment, and overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, septic installation, landscaping, or construction is an asset.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

• Wash, clean & grease equipment

Qualifications

• Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators is an asset
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
