Chemetics Inc. (Worley Group) is a diversified technology company that provides design and engineering solutions to the chloralkaline, sodium chlorate, chlorine dioxide, and sulphuric acid industries worldwide. We are currently recruiting for an Environmental Technologist Level I. Our team includes world-class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based at our Chemetics lab in Burnaby, BC. Reporting to the R&D Laboratory Manager, you will play a key role in developing innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solutions for industries such as chemical processing, water treatment, carbon capture, sulfur recovery, and non-ferrous metals. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating laboratory and pilot-scale testing of advanced technologies and chemical processes, supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of projects.

For applicants based in British Columbia, the salary range is $68,000 to $80,000. Salary variation depends on qualifications, experience, location, internal pay equity, and market conditions.
