Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. – Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan is seeking a Supervisor, Environment to provide senior support to operations and lead Environment Advisors in meeting regulatory commitments. You will prepare and maintain environmental management plans and lead investigations into incidents.

You will collaborate with regulators, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance and promote proactive environmental awareness throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Demonstrate technical and analytical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior environmental support to assist SSR Mining in meeting all regulatory and company commitments.
• Lead and mentor Environment Advisors in completion of their duties.
• Provide technical support to operation teams on environmental challenges and standards.
• Provide senior review and/or create site environment reports.
• Lead investigations into environmental incidents and ensure corrective actions are developed and implemented.
