Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to provide quality audits and training.

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Experience with flooring and equipment used for polishing, stripping and burnishing.
• WHMIS Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all housekeeping is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies.
• Audit and provide monitoring for the team.
• Coordinate activities of housekeeping employees.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment.
• Monitor employee productivity and suggest improvements.
• Perform daily inspection of rooms and common areas.
• Perform daily inspections of rooms, common areas and facilities.
• Lead day-to-day tasks and operate floor maintenance equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.

How You’ll MakeanImpact:

• Ensure all housekeeping is carried out in accordance with Sodexo health and safety policies.
• Audit and provide monitoring for the team as well as support all training for their shifts:
• Coordinateactivities of housekeeping employees engaged in cleaning within a very busy environment.
• Assistin ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees and guests
• Assistin monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and implemented.
• Perform daily inspection of rooms, common areas and general areas in the buildings
• Performday to day assignments in addition to lead duties including use of heavy duty equipment, floor polishing etc.
• Workwith customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and issue resolution
