Responsibilities

• Assist in training Environmental Services staff and students.
• Follow departmental procedures to ensure quality across shifts.
• Clean areas per schedules and infection control guidelines.
• Complete extra cleaning duties within set timeframes.
• Conduct daily area inspections before shift end.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operating properly.
• Washing, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, dusting.
• Clean bed frames and mattresses as required.
• Collect waste and wash receptacles.
• Restock supplies and maintain carts.
• Process laundry and linen per standards.
• May perform minor repairs to laundry equipment.
• Assist with inventory procedures and audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
