Job description

At an exciting time to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, we are seeking a proactive Site HSEQ Administrator to support our activities. As the Site HSEQ Administrator at Score (Canada) Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) operations across Canada and the Americas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain WHMIS / ‘Controlled Products Register’ and associated SDS.
  2. Manage and monitor Approved Suppliers and Training Providers, including supplier audits as required.
  3. Assist with managing and monitoring the ISNetworld account, ensuring no deficiencies are reported.
  4. Review and manage HSEQ controlled forms.
  5. Participate in HSE Meetings and reporting (Monthly).
  6. Work within the company’s policies, procedures, operating standards, and work instructions.
  7. Maintain a safe working environment to avoid risks to self and others.
  8. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications:
  1. Associate degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  2. Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations.
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Project, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to work independently following training, with excellent planning and decision-making abilities.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with problem-solving skills.
  7. Work environment: 90% indoor office, 10% workshop.
  8. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
