Responsibilities

• Manage environmental site assessment and excess soil projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead field programs for soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water sampling.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary resources, subcontractors, and field teams to meet project objectives, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Prepare, review, and validate scopes of work, cost estimates, project schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Contribute to and lead the development of strategic, multi-disciplinary proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of high-quality work.
• Apply strong project controls, including scope management, forecasting, budgeting, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical input on environmental site assessments, excess soil management plans, data interpretation, conceptual site models, and remediation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with AECOM’s quality management systems, health and safety requirements, and project risk management practices.
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate staff through technical guidance, field oversight, and career development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and technical specialists across AECOM’s regional and national teams to support project delivery and business growth.
