Bureau Veritas is seeking a Environmental Project Manager to join our environmental laboratory in Ste-Foy, QC.

Summary:

The project manager contributes to the quality service offered to clients by providing personalized service and acting as the key liaison between clients and the laboratory. Ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty are central to this role.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and developing client accounts
• Serving as the primary liaison between clients, the laboratory, and senior management
• Ensuring client feedback reaches senior management
• Responding to client inquiries promptly
• Developing client relations through top-notch service
• Providing technical support on sampling projects
• Staying current on environmental regulations
• Addressing client complaints and ensuring closure
• Maintaining current training files
• Assisting with sample logistics and documentation

Ideal candidate:

• B.Sc. or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in environmental laboratories
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent computer skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Leadership qualities and ability to act as a role model
