Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Planner to join the Alberta Environmental Services team, based in Calgary or Edmonton with hybrid work options. You will contribute to EAs, coordinate permit applications, and engage agencies and the public.

Qualifications

• A university degree in environmental studies, planning, geography or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, report writing, organization and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to environmental assessments for a variety of projects (e.g., pipelines, transmission lines, roads).
• Coordinate environmental regulatory permit applications and support environmental management planning.
• Develop and coordinate public and agency consultation programs.
• Liaise with private sector clients and participate in business development activities.
