Qualifications

• Pharmacy assistant certification or enrollment; training provided.
• Experience with dispensary software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling labels and cups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure precise record-keeping and prescription information in dispensary software.
• Prepare medications for compliance packaging and maintain workflow within timelines.
• Assist with pharmacy inventory management and operate PacMed when required.
• Manage returns and expired products from nursing homes and facilities.
• Prepare creams and liquids; generate daily and weekly production reports.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure confidentiality and a clean pharmacy environment.
