No insurance experience is necessary for this role. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker in any of our Alberta branches. After training, you’ll be equipped to help people protect what’s most important to them.

We are looking for an Entry Level Personal Insurance Advisor to join the Personal Insurance Team at BrokerLink, working at one of our offices located in the Alberta Prairie Region on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

  • Helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs
  • Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing advice to help them make informed decisions
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters product sales and customer retention
  • Testing new sales strategies, techniques, and processes while providing feedback
  • Actively engaging in training and professional development

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Relevant skills or equivalent experience—please apply if you believe you qualify
  • Post-secondary education (required)
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Desire and ability to generate your own sales leads
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
