Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy are required.
• Strong verbal and written English skills; comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable performing high-volume, detail-oriented computer work for extended periods.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred for occasional field-based data collection.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with databases and large data volumes.
• A minimum of two years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Proactive and responsive, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the transaction databases, including researching missing information and contacting listing brokers to ensure records are complete.
• Maintain and update Market Intelligence databases with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with data collection, verification and updates for reports and publications.
• Update charts, market presentations and related data as required.
• Attend Division meetings to review transactions and gather additional information.
• Respond to data requests from brokers and analysts, compiling relevant property and market information.
• Collaborate on specialized database projects and data quality initiatives.
• Provide coverage for the team to ensure continuity of data maintenance activities.
