Job summary

Syntronic Production Services Canada in Ottawa seeks a Junior Logistics Specialist to support hands-on logistics and warehouse activities. You will work with the Logistics Coordinator to move materials, organize shipments, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and eager to learn in a busy manufacturing environment, with basic logistics experience and a willingness to take on varied tasks as priorities change.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on support role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day logistics, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities.
• Support the Logistics Coordinator with preparing shipments, organizing materials, and following up on logistics tasks.
• Receive, move, label, and organize incoming materials, parts, packages, and supplies.
• Help prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, staging, and basic documentation.
• Deliver materials, parts, tools, or paperwork between departments as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized logistics, storage, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and basic record updates.
• Communicate with internal teams to help ensure materials are available where and when they are needed.
