Fresher / Jr Support with decent skill or knowledge about desktop support.

Responsibilities:

• Daily support, troubleshooting, identifying and resolving co‑workers desktop and mobile technology challenges.
• Configuration, installation, and implementation of office technology infrastructure as needed.
• Work in a trouble ticket system.
• Desire to learn other tools as needed.
• Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
