This role involves driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every interaction.

Daily activities include:

1. Inbound and outbound calling
2. Setting appointments
3. Performing presentations to union members requesting our benefits
4. Basic computer knowledge
5. Completing necessary paperwork
6. Quality control
7. Leadership development
