Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced entrepreneurship educators and business experts to help train and improve AI systems that reason about startups, innovation, and business strategy. Your real-world expertise will shape how AI understands early-stage thinking and impact the next generation of AI tools.

This is a remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week). You will review AI-generated scenarios, evaluate business models and go-to-market logic, and provide structured feedback

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, business planning, or small business development.
• Strong command of business model fundamentals and early-stage decision-making.
• Able to critically evaluate written business plans and startup scenarios with depth and clarity.

• Review AI-generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Evaluate business models, financial assumptions, and go-to-market logic.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or gaps in strategic thinking.

Who You Are

• Comfortable delivering applied, real-world feedback in a structured format
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
