Job summary

Export Development Canada (EDC) seeks a Principal Enterprise Workflow Platform Architect to lead the architecture of enterprise workflows, ServiceNow CSM & Automation, and orchestration across platforms. You will partner with stakeholders, set standards, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through transformation while ensuring governance, security, and scalable design.

The role supports a hybrid work model with offices in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, and offers relocation assistance

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
Hands-on ServiceNow and automation experience.
Strong understanding of security, data management, and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for ServiceNow workflows, playbooks, case management, and automation.
Define enterprise workflow and automation architecture standards.
Establish target-state architecture across ServiceNow and other automation platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize, automate, and optimize business processes with ServiceNow & Automation capabilities.
Lead architecture reviews and design governance.
Develop integration, security and data architecture patterns.
Evaluate AI, intelligent automation and workflow orchestration capabilities.
Create reusable architecture patterns and implementation standards.
Guide delivery teams on enterprise platform adoption.
Conduct feasibility assessments and provide recommendations aligning technology investments with business outcomes.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to product teams, analysts, developers, and vendors.
Collaborate across domains to ensure end-to-end experiences and alignment with the digital roadmap.
