Description
In this role, you will : - Act as a trusted advisor on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation, and Apple platform adoption, serving Apple’s Enterprise customers- Work collaboratively across Apple, our Major Accounts, channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work.- Deeply understand our customers’ businesses, technical ambitions and critical initiatives.- Remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform.- Create new standard methodologies and share them.- Use proven experience to gain credibility and increased influence with customer executives.- Drive sales both by providing pre-sales technical support and by independently identifying and developing new business opportunities within the territory to increase the adoption and penetration of Apple products.- Address client issues and concerns.- Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apple’s messaging or best practices.- Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of the partnership.
