As an enterprise solutions architect, you will lead and support EA activities that guide the development and management of solutions across the enterprise. Solutions include projects, systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services. You will understand the concepts of business goals, objectives, and outcomes, as well as business capabilities, value-streams, and processes, and their importance in solution architecture. You will provide leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to developing technology solutions to ensure they meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. You will create deliverables for managing the organization’s portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions—including systems, shared infrastructure, and application services—to enable targeted business outcomes.

Your responsibilities :
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and document all design and analysis work.
- Collaborate with product owners and managers to ensure a robust architectural runway supporting future requirements.
- Understand business drivers and capabilities to design solutions that drive targeted outcomes.
- Monitor current solution portfolios for deficiencies and aging technologies.
- Support product lifecycle decisions, including maintenance, refresh, or retirement.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and market trends to enable new business models.
- Evaluate and select software standards, services, and configurations.
- Consult on system and infrastructure design to align with architecture standards.
- Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for enterprise solutions based on strategy and standards.
- Manage architecture scope across projects and products, working with application architects.
- Develop a roadmap for the evolution of enterprise solutions.
- Act as a technology consultant to drive business outcomes.
- Create architectural designs to guide development across various systems and services.
- Coordinate with the project management office to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Provide architectural governance and compliance support.
- Define principles, standards, and patterns to align solutions with the future-state architecture.
- Navigate organizational politics effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Translate future business capabilities into solution requirements.
- Estimate financial impacts of architectural options.

Your experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in IT solution disciplines, focusing on business and application architecture; experience in technical, infrastructure, or cloud architecture is a plus.
- Exposure to diverse technologies and platforms.
- Understanding of emerging technology trends and their application to business models.
- Knowledge of product management, agile methodologies, and supporting teams with impact assessments.
- Relevant industry experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience in developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to present to senior executives and technical teams.
- Knowledge of architecture aspects like integration, network, and security.
- Understanding of information principles, financial models, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, ITSM, ITIL, TOGAF, BPMN, ArchiMate, and EA tools.
- Strong understanding of application development and infrastructure architecture.
