Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business with coursework in risk management or insurance is preferred.
• 5–7 years in insurance or financial services with ERM, governance, compliance or related roles.
• Experience developing executive and Board-level reports and concise risk commentary.
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills with data synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute Board, executive, regulatory and enterprise risk reporting with high quality presentation.
• Design dashboards and visuals that translate risk data into actionable insights.
• Manage risk reporting processes, data collection and workflows; seek automation opportunities.
• Maintain enterprise risk registers, frameworks and governance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide analysis to support risk activities.
• Coordinate risk governance activities, agendas, meeting documentation and action tracking.
• Support regulatory reviews and audits with stakeholder input and complete submissions.
• Provide risk analysis and project support to ERM leadership and promote a risk-aware culture.
