Job summary

Myant Health seeks a Director of Employer Sales to lead the growth of its Best Employer Program in Canada. You will engage CEOs, CHROs and benefits leaders to demonstrate the value of a proactive health platform, building major enterprise partnerships and expanding programs across employees and families.

You will own the sales strategy, pipeline and outcomes, working with clinical, product, marketing and operations teams to turn customer needs into scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of successful business development or enterprise sales experience in relevant areas.
• Ability to win significant employer accounts and engage senior decision-makers.
• Strong capability to build commercial cases and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead national employer business development strategy and pipeline.
• Identify, open and close high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Develop relationships with C-suite, CHRO, Total Rewards, benefits and occupational-health decision-makers.
• Collaborate with benefits consultants, brokers and strategic partners to accelerate distribution.
• Own number, pipeline and plan from first conversation to signed agreement and expansion.
