Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide data governance transformation in Toronto (Hybrid - Onsite Tue-Thu). You will drive adoption, maturity, and expansion of governance capabilities while partnering with senior business and technology leaders.

You will develop governance roadmaps, translate requirements into actionable initiatives, and steward agile delivery through epics, features, and user stories.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management, Data Governance, or enterprise delivery experience.
• Strong Agile delivery background and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience with metadata management and data quality controls.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to govern enterprise data platforms and tools like Databricks Unity Catalog, Power BI, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Governance programs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop governance roadmaps and adoption strategies.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate into initiatives.
• Create epics, features, and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and Agile ceremonies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, risk, compliance, privacy, and executives.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare executive status reports and governance updates.
• Drive change management, communications, and adoption activities.
• Measure success with KPIs and governance maturity metrics.
