Job summary

Sienna Senior Living seeks a visionary Vice President of Data Analytics & AI to lead our data platform, BI ecosystem, and AI strategy. You will partner with executives across operations, finance, HR, and technology to deliver insights and AI-powered transformations.

You will guide a team of data engineers, architects, BI developers, and QA professionals to enable self-service analytics and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree asset.
• 10+ years of leadership in data/analytics/BI/AI.
• 5+ years in enterprise-scale analytics organizations.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience partnering with executive teams.
• Experience working in healthcare/regulated multi-site environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data platform and AI strategy.
• Bridge business strategy and technology execution with executives.
• Lead team of Data Engineers, Architects, BI Developers, and QA.
• Develop and enforce data governance and data quality standards.
• Oversee Power BI reporting and enterprise analytics capabilities.
• Drive AI adoption and governance across the organization.
