The Role
We're hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own relationships with enterprise customers across the Americas, from onboarding through to adoption, renewal and expansion.
In the first 6 months, you'll focus on:
- Building strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Americas
- Supporting the delivery of the Enterprise AI Academy to clients and reporting on it's impact
- Identifying expansion opportunities
Over time, your focus will grow to include driving renewals at scale, creating customer success case studies, and positioning new Mindstone programs to help customers deepen their AI journey.
You'll play a key role in shaping our customer success and revenue growth in the Americas as we scale.
Requirements
️ What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full lifecycle for enterprise customers participating in the AI Enterprise Academy
- Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and proactive support throughout the programme
- Resolve customer challenges with responsiveness and care
- Track and report on engagement, performance, and post-Academy impact
- Build long-term, trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder levels
- Own renewal processes to maximise customer retention
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities to expand account value
- Position and promote new Mindstone programs to support customers' ongoing AI adoption
- Lead the creation of compelling customer case studies
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Based in the US, with experience supporting enterprise clients in a remote-first environment
- Proven track record of success in senior Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise customers and driving renewals and upsells
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate programme outcomes into business value and growth opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Passion for AI and enthusiasm for helping organisations unlock its potential
Bonus
- Experience in B2B SaaS, learning programs, or AI tools
- Background in storytelling, customer marketing, or case study development

- Annual salary: $70,000 to $110,000 USD, depending on experience. We're also open to candidates who wish to work through their own entity (contractor basis).
