Job summary

Clio is hiring a Content Specialist to join the Enterprise Content Team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. You will produce first drafts across formats, manage the content calendar, and coordinate logistics that turn a plan into published work.

You will partner with the Senior Manager and Content Strategist, producing research, outlines, and supporting content while leveraging AI tools to accelerate drafts and maintain Clio’s voice across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to produce clean first drafts quickly across formats.
• Hands-on experience managing a content calendar and coordinating content workflows.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social and Asana, or equivalent tools; comfortable owning the operational side of a content program.

Responsibilities

• Content production and first drafts across formats (blog posts, social, email, one-pagers, landing pages, webinars).
• Write video scripts and adapt tone for enterprise channels and buyer stages.
• Own the day-to-day Enterprise content calendar in Asana and Sprout Social; manage workflows and timelines.
• Coordinate with freelancers and external contributors; brief, track deliverables, manage timelines.
• Support integrated campaigns by distributing content assets across web, email, social, and paid channels.
• Stay alert to signals from Sales, Success, and Market trends and surface insights.
• Edit and proofread content to high standards and apply SEO and buyer-journey best practices.
