Job Description

This position involves defining the architecture strategy and long-term roadmap, aligning business goals with IT capabilities. You will lead the design and reuse of technology components, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Supporting agile delivery by promoting composable and scalable architectural practices, assessing emerging technologies for feasibility and impact, and guiding solution architects and implementation teams are key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Frameworks: Knowledge of TOGAF, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• Industry Experience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture, including 5+ years in pharma/biotech R&D.
• Regulatory Compliance: Experience with GxP systems such as LIMS, ELN, or scientific data lakes.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with cloud migration, automation, and AI/ML implementations.
