Job summary

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, seeks an Enterprise Application Analyst. You will implement, administer, and develop enterprise systems including Aderant Expert, Expert Image, Chrome River, Prebill Viewer, Intapp modules, and custom SQL-driven solutions.

You’ll work with Finance, Accounting, and IS teams to analyze needs, ensure system integrity, and drive upgrades and optimizations in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Computer Science.
• Five years of experience with financial systems or equivalent enterprise applications and databases.
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Aderant Expert and other financial systems in the legal space.
• Advanced Excel and SSRS skills; reporting tools familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing functions of financial systems; participate in projects; upgrade implementations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to application systems, performance, and functionality.
• Support in requirements gathering, design, programming, integration, and testing for enterprise applications.
• Perform data analysis to identify issues and bugs; resolve them.
• Develop documentation, training, and user guidance for financial systems.
