Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking an Enterprise Application Analyst to implement, administer, maintain, support and develop the firm’s Enterprise Systems including Aderant Expert and related tools. The role requires SQL expertise, strong accounting knowledge, and experience with reporting tools such as SSRS.
Hybrid work arrangement with a requirement to work primarily in the office; remote work up to 1 day per week is available.

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications, the Enterprise Application Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, support and development of the Firm’s Enterprise Systems including but not limited to Aderant Expert, Expert Image, Chrome River, Prebill Viewer, Intapp Intake, Intapp Terms, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls, and custom solutions requiring SQL expertise.

Education and Experience
The position requires a University Degree in Accounting or Computer Science. Five years of experience with financial systems or equivalent enterprise applications and databases, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered. Experience in the legal industry or professional services industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
The range of expected compensation for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week.
