Job summary

BrainStation is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise to partner with global clients as they transform for the AI era. You will help build enterprise-wide AI capability and advise senior leaders on AI-driven opportunities, shaping engagements and roadmaps.

The role blends discovery, collaboration with C-suites, and delivery of materials that move engagements forward, with a focus on turning ambiguous problems into structured plans and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI/data teams, and open strategic conversations about enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery, keep them informed, and identify where the relationship can grow.
• Learn each client’s business model, digital operating context, and competitive pressures to shape transformation.
• Support discovery and current-state assessment across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to design of target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital and AI innovation and how it changes products and customer experience.
• Facilitate executive workshops and coordinate sessions that drive decisions.
• Structure and author proposals and presentations to a senior audience; support pursuits.
