Job summary

BrainStation Inc. is seeking an Strategist, Enterprise to work with global clients as they transform for the AI era. You will shape enterprise-wide AI capability, engage with C-suite leaders, and help define roadmaps that enable new operating models and customer experiences.

You will guide discovery, shape engagements, and produce materials that move engagements from first conversations to committed programs, while upholding a high standard of quality in every deliverable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years in a client-facing role, with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders across AI, product, marketing, design, and data teams.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery and identify growth potential in engagements.
• Understand client business models and pressures to plan capabilities improvement.
• Support discovery, current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and maturity analyses.
• Contribute to target-state designs, digital operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assist advisory work on AI innovation, products, and customer experience within industries.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate executive workshops and sessions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, business cases, and engagement documents.
• Track AI and digital trends; contribute to BrainStation's point of view and market conversations.
