Job summary

BrainStation seeks a Manager, Enterprise to lead end-to-end engagements with global organizations, shaping enterprise-wide AI capability and advising executives on digital and AI innovation. You will manage client relationships, scope engagements, and drive multi-workstream delivery across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.

You will guide advisory work, design transformation roadmaps, and develop proposals while maintaining executive credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-8 years in a client-facing role leading work for enterprise/corporate clients; consulting/strategy/advisory exposure a plus.
• Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end with scoping and team direction; accountable for outcomes.
• Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes in professional services.
• Hybrid work model with four+ days in the office; strong in-person collaboration.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders; position BrainStation as a strategic partner for enterprise AI capability.
• Serve as senior advisor, guiding opportunity discovery, managing expectations, and delivering measurable value.
• Lead engagements end to end: scoping, discovery, recommendations, and roadmaps; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Direct engagement team work, set analytical approach, review deliverables for executive standards.
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps; guide executive decisions.
• Shape advisory work on digital and AI innovation within industries and products.
