Enterprise Account Executive

We are a leading provider of technology professional services and hardware solutions. We are looking for a results-driven, ambitious, and personable Enterprise Sales Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience to join our team and grow our business across various industries. You should be a blend of hunter and farmer, managing existing business while building new opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, smart, sales-oriented, and values productivity and customer engagement. The role involves acquiring additional revenue from existing clients and attracting new customers who can benefit from our offerings.

Responsibilities include meeting quotas, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying customer needs to match with our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Continue to develop product and technology knowledge.
  2. Prospect and develop opportunities in mid to large strategic accounts.
  3. Identify and profile targeted accounts.
  4. Build and strengthen relationships with current and new clients.
  5. Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  6. Coordinate sales activities with inside sales teams.
  7. Maintain relationships during project lifecycles to ensure satisfaction.
  8. Ensure accounts payable are processed.
  9. Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  10. Prepare activity and forecast reports.
  11. Coordinate with Marketing on events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of experience and a proven sales record.
  2. Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, wireless, servers, and endpoints.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; a lifelong learner.
  4. Independent, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
  5. Persistent, project-oriented, and capable of building long-term relationships.
  6. Technically inclined with a client success focus.
  7. Self-driven, collaborative, positive, and success-oriented.
  8. Strong ethics, organization support, and professionalism.
