What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell the Order Tracking solution to new Shopify merchants, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy in a new market segment, collaborating with leadership and other departments
- Create a repeatable sales process for tracking as a standalone solution
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through consultative selling
- Provide market insights to inform product strategy and positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and take initiative
- Experience managing deals from start to finish, with a clear understanding of sales processes and forecasting
- Proficiency in maintaining a clean CRM and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Zoom
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling into Shopify or within the e-commerce sector
- Background in breaking into new markets or shaping early go-to-market strategies at a startup
- Familiarity with AI and the latest technological tools that enhance sales processes
