Engineers and Geoscientists BC is currently searching for a Practice Advisor II (Built Environment and Seismic Initiatives) to join our team in Burnaby on a 6-month contract! In an effort to help build Engineers and Geoscientists BC’s capacity to support the day-to-day practice of BC’s professional engineers and professional geoscientists, the Practice Advisor II is responsible for identifying, developing and monitoring professional and ethical practice resources and requirements. They provide interpretation and education on these resources and requirements to Engineers and Geoscientists BC, registrants, government, members of the public and a wide variety of other interested and affected parties. This role will have a specific focus on the built environment and seismic initiatives. This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits program including a salary within our hiring range of $111,000 to $124,000 (pro-rated based on the length of contract). For full-time contract employees on this length of contract, we offer:
