Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post secondary institution and returning or graduating after the end of this work term.
• Interest in construction environment and prior field experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with drafting, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawings and scope/trades/sub-trades.
• Review trade quotes by checking quantities, hours, and rates.
• Attend project meetings and update deficiency logs.
• Take progress photos and maintain records.
• Create and maintain graphical scheduling using AutoCAD.
• Monitor workforce productivity and support project schedules.
