  • Ability to read prints, AutoCAD, and interpret/modify electrical schematics.
  • Experience in laser burning processes.
  • Understanding of conveyor systems, gantry systems, and networking (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet).
  • Ability to read blueprints and experience with simulation modeling.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Project methodology experience with DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS).
  • Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, FMEA, PPAP, and DOE processes.
  • Experience with Visual Factory Management.
